This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what data is processed and how it is processed when you use the Easy Note: Note Tracker application (“App”).

1) General Principle: We Do Not Collect Personal Information
The App does not aim to access or specifically request personal information that directly identifies you, such as your first name, last name, phone number, address, or precise location.
Notes within the App (To-Do, Shopping, Books, Journal, Sports, Birthdays, etc.) are designed to be stored primarily on your device. (If there is no feature in the App that uploads notes to a server via a cloud account/subscription, your notes are not sent to any server by the App.)

2) Data That May Be Collected Automatically (For Anonymous/Aggregated Analytics)
The App uses Firebase Analytics to improve the user experience. Firebase Analytics may generate anonymous/statistical insights about how the App is used (e.g., which screens are viewed, how long the App is used, crash/performance signals). During this process, certain technical information—such as device and app identifiers—may be processed by Google/Firebase.
Note: The term “anonymous tracking” means that the App does not request your first/last name. However, advertising/analytics SDKs may use device-based technical identifiers.

3) Advertisements (AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads. For ad delivery and measurement, Google may process certain technical data associated with your device (e.g., an advertising identifier). Google documentation states that on iOS, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may work with IDFA (Advertising Identifier).

4) Third-Party Services and Their Policies
The App uses the following third-party services:
•	Google Firebase Analytics
•	Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads)
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have the responsibility to review and accept this Policy, as well as the privacy policies of the relevant third parties.

5) Note Sharing (WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
The App may allow you to share your notes via methods such as WhatsApp or email. When you share:
•	The content you share is transmitted through the third-party app/service you choose.
•	Since you initiate the sharing, the content leaves your device, and the relevant platform’s (e.g., WhatsApp/email provider) own privacy/communication policies apply.

6) Permissions Such as Photos / Audio Recording
If the App includes features such as adding photos or recording audio, it may use:
•	Camera / Gallery permission: to add images to notes,
•	Microphone permission: to record audio notes,
•	Notification permission: to enable reminders.
These permissions are requested only when you need to use the related feature. The App does not aim to share content obtained through these permissions with third parties unless you choose to share it.

7) Notifications and Reminders
The App may create notifications on your device for features such as birthdays/reminders. The scheduling and display of these notifications are handled through the device operating system mechanisms. (Receiving notifications while the App is closed depends on operating system permissions and settings.)

8) Data Storage and Security
The App is designed to keep your notes and attachments on your device as much as possible.
Data processed through analytics and advertising services is subject to the storage and security policies of the relevant providers (Google/Firebase/AdMob).
100% security cannot be guaranteed; however, reasonable technical measures are intended to protect data.

9) Your Choices (Control and Preferences)
You can delete local notes stored on your device by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data.
You can manage permissions and limit ad personalization through your device settings (varies by platform).
General privacy preferences for Google services can be managed via your Google account/device settings.

10) Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed for children under the age of 13. It does not intentionally aim to collect personal data from children.

11) Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates may be published within the App or on the App page. The most current version is always considered effective.
