TERMS OF USE App Name: Easy Note: Note Tracker Company: MyApp Vision Contact: dersnotuapp@gmail.com Effective Date / Agreement Date: 16.02.2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyApp Vision when you download, access, or use the Easy Note: Note Tracker application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. 1) Purpose and Scope of the App The App is designed to help users create, edit, store on their devices, and, if desired, share different types of notes (To-Do, Shopping, Books, Movies & TV Series, Journal, Sports, Birthdays, etc.) via methods such as WhatsApp and email. 2) Eligibility (Age) The App is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you must not use the App. 3) License and Right to Use Provided that you comply with these Terms, MyApp Vision grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: • reverse engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce, or modify the App, • attempt to bypass the App’s security or misuse it, • use the App for unlawful purposes. 4) Note Content and Your Responsibility You are responsible for all content you enter into the App (text, links, photos, audio recordings, etc.). You agree not to add to the App: • unlawful, hateful, obscene, or threatening content, • content that infringes others’ copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or personal rights, • personal data or sensitive information that you are not authorized to share. 5) Local Storage, Data Loss, and Backups Notes in the App are designed to be stored primarily on your device. Data loss may occur due to device changes, deletions, operating system issues, storage problems, or similar reasons. Therefore, you are responsible for the security of your notes and for using backup methods if needed. 6) Subscriptions and Payments (Ad-Free Use) The App may offer a monthly subscription option. While the subscription is active, the App can be used ad-free. Important: Subscription purchases and payment transactions are not processed by the App, but by the relevant store provider: • Apple App Store (iOS) • Google Play Store (Android) Therefore, subscription transactions are subject to the relevant store’s rules regarding payment, subscription management, cancellation, renewal, and refunds. 6.1) Auto-Renewal Subscriptions may renew automatically due to the store infrastructure. If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription will be extended by charging the applicable fee at the end of each billing period. 6.2) Cancellation and Subscription Management You can manage and cancel your subscription from your account’s subscription settings in the relevant store. Cancellation usually must be completed before the next renewal date; otherwise, you may be charged for the next billing period. 6.3) Fees, Taxes, and Price Changes Subscription fees may vary by country/region and may include applicable taxes. Price changes are applied according to store policies and, in some cases, may require user approval. 6.4) Refunds Refunds for subscription fees are evaluated under App Store / Play Store policies, not by the App. 6.5) Scope of the Ad-Free Experience While your subscription is active, ads are intended to be hidden. However, due to: • device/store verification delays, • internet connection or store response issues, • technical errors, the ad-free status may be delayed for a short time. In such cases, restarting the App or waiting for the store subscription status to refresh may be required. 7) Ads and Third-Party Services The App may use the following third-party services for advertising and anonymous usage analytics: • Google Firebase Analytics (for anonymous/statistical analytics) • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK (for advertising) These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. By using the App, you acknowledge that: • you have the responsibility to review and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and • you are also responsible for reviewing/accepting the relevant third parties’ terms and privacy policies. 8) Note Sharing (WhatsApp, Email, etc.) The App may allow you to share your notes via third-party applications/services of your choice. Once you initiate sharing: • the content leaves your device and the policies of the platform you selected (e.g., WhatsApp/email provider) apply, • the security of sharing and the recipient-side terms of use are not under MyApp Vision’s control. 9) Permissions (Camera, Gallery, Microphone, Notifications) The App may request device permissions for features such as adding photos, audio recording, and reminders. These permissions may be used for: • Camera/Gallery: adding visuals to notes, • Microphone: adding audio recordings, • Notifications: enabling reminders and birthday notifications. You are not required to grant these permissions; however, the related features may be limited. 10) Notifications and Reminders The App may create reminders/notifications on your device. The timely delivery of notifications depends on the operating system, battery optimization, permissions, and device settings. Therefore, uninterrupted or error-free notification delivery cannot be guaranteed. 11) Intellectual Property The App’s design, software, logo/brand, and all components belong to MyApp Vision or are used under applicable licenses. These Terms grant you only a right to use the App; they do not grant ownership rights. 12) Disclaimer The App is provided “as is.” It is not guaranteed that the App: • will always work without errors, • will perform the same on every device, • will restore lost data. The App does not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Features such as income/expense notes are for personal record-keeping purposes only. 13) Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyApp Vision’s liability is limited for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or similar damages that may arise from using the App. 14) Breach and Termination If you violate these Terms, your right to use the App may be suspended or terminated. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Canceling the subscription typically does not prevent you from using the App until the end of the current billing period; this is subject to the relevant store’s rules. 15) Changes These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version may be published within the App or on the store page. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms. 16) Additional Provisions for Apple Devices (Standard EULA) If the App was downloaded via the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) may also apply. 17) Contact For questions or requests regarding these Terms: dersnotuapp@gmail.com
