REELSVIA – PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain how the personal data of users who use the ReelsVia mobile application (“Application”) is collected, processed, stored, and protected.
ReelsVia is a mobile application developed and operated by MyApp Vision (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”) that provides an AI-powered photo-to-video generation service. The developer is an individual developer based in Türkiye.

It is recommended that you do not use the Application if you do not accept this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Collected
ReelsVia operates according to the principle of data minimization. The following types of data may be collected:
1.1 Data Provided by the User
•	Email address (for support, feedback, application functionality, and legal notifications)
•	In-app feedback
⚠️ Photos uploaded by users are stored only in the user’s local database. MyApp Vision does not access or store the photos you upload.
1.2 Data Collected Automatically
•	Device information (model, operating system, application version)
•	IP address
•	Application usage data (crash logs, performance data)
•	Language, country, and time zone (approximate)
1.3 Data Not Collected
ReelsVia intentionally does not collect the following data:
•	Identity documents
•	Biometric data
•	Personal contacts / address book
•	Real-time location data
•	Payment card information (all payments are handled by the App Store / Google Play)

2. Purposes of Data Use
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
•	Providing the photo-to-video generation service
•	Performing artificial intelligence processing
•	Improving application performance
•	Error detection and technical support
•	Fulfilling legal obligations
•	Preventing misuse and fraud

3. Artificial Intelligence and Uploaded Content
•	MyApp Vision does not access photos uploaded by users
•	Photos are not used as training data
•	All rights to the generated videos belong to the user
•	Content may be automatically deleted within a reasonable period after processing is completed

4. Third-Party Services
ReelsVia may use the following types of third-party services:
•	Cloud infrastructure (processing & temporary storage)
•	Analytics services (anonymous)
•	Crash reporting tools
These services access only the minimum data necessary for the operation of the service, and data is not sold.

5. Data Security
To ensure the security of your personal data:
•	HTTPS / TLS encryption is used
•	Access restrictions are applied
•	Technical and administrative measures are taken against unauthorized access
•	Up-to-date security standards are implemented
However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
