REELSVIA – TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use are binding for all users who use the ReelsVia mobile application.

1. Service Description
ReelsVia is a digital service that converts photos uploaded by users into video format using artificial intelligence technologies.

2. User Obligations
The user agrees that:
•	The content they upload belongs to them or that they have the legal right to use it;
•	The uploaded content does not infringe the copyright, privacy, or personal rights of third parties;
•	They will not upload illegal, obscene, or hate-related material.

3. Intellectual Property
•	The application infrastructure, software, and design belong to MyApp Vision;
•	The rights to the content uploaded by the user belong to the user;
•	The generated videos belong to the user.

4. Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
•	Use of false identities or content belonging to others;
•	Attempts to exploit or abuse the systems;
•	Reverse engineering;
•	Use of automated bots.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
ReelsVia:
•	Does not guarantee the commercial success of the generated content;
•	Does not guarantee that the artificial intelligence will operate without errors;
•	Is not responsible for content created by users.
The service is provided “as is.”

6. Service Modifications
ReelsVia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services without prior notice.

7. Account and Access Termination
In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, user access may be suspended or terminated.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In the event of disputes, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
