QUIZ BATTLE – TERMS OF USE Last Updated: 03.12.2025 1. Parties and Subject of the Agreement These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Quiz Battle mobile game (“Game”, “Service”) provided by the developer MyApp Vision (“Developer”, “we”, “us”). Quiz Battle is a multiplayer online quiz game where you can play either with real players or with friends you add within the game. By answering questions in the game, you can earn virtual in-game currencies such as gold and diamonds, grow crops through the farm system, and obtain daily rewards and certain boosts by watching ads. By downloading, installing or continuing to use this Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. 2. Access to the Game and Account 2.1. Age Requirement You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. For users between 13 and 18 years of age, parental or legal guardian consent may be required, where mandated by local law. 2.2. Sign-In with Google / Apple • You can sign in to the Game using your Google or Apple credentials. • During this sign-in, basic information such as your name or nickname, e-mail address, profile picture and unique user ID may be obtained to the extent provided by these services. • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login information and the security of your device. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your device or account, you must notify us. 2.3. Device and Connection The Game requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection. All costs arising from the device, internet and data usage are your responsibility. 2.4. Updates The Developer may from time to time perform updates, maintenance or test changes on the Game; during such times, access to the Game may be temporarily interrupted, certain features may be removed or some features may be modified. 3. Game Structure and Basic Rules 3.1. Game Rooms and Questions • In rooms you create or join, all players encounter the same questions at the same time. • You must answer questions within a specified time; the in-game timer and rules are displayed on the screen. 3.2. Milestone System and Gold Rewards • In the Game, the 5th and 10th questions are milestone questions. • For each correct answer, you earn gold, which is a virtual in-game currency. • If you give an incorrect answer and are eliminated before passing any milestone question, you do not earn any gold. • If you are eliminated after passing the 5th or 10th milestone question, you earn the gold reward corresponding to the last milestone question you passed. • If you press the “Withdraw” button before answering a question incorrectly, you leave the game with the gold reward corresponding to the last question you answered correctly. 3.3. Farm System and Diamonds • In the “My Farm” area of the Game, you can plant and harvest crops such as wheat, strawberries, beans and corn within certain time periods. • You earn diamonds based on your progress obtained from these crops. • Diamonds can be used to obtain various virtual in-game items, such as changing your profile picture or obtaining joker rights before entering a game. 3.4. Friends and Game Invitations • Players can add each other as friends within the Game. • If you have allowed notifications, when a friend you have added invites you to play, a push notification may be sent to your device even if the application is closed. 4. Virtual Currencies and Virtual Items 4.1. Definitions • “Gold”: Virtual game currency that can be obtained by answering questions correctly, participating in events or through in-app purchases. • “Diamonds”: Virtual currency obtained through the farm system, certain rewards or in-app purchases. • “Virtual Items”: Profile pictures, cosmetic items, joker rights and other digital content used only within the Game. 4.2. Relationship with Real Money • Gold, diamonds and virtual items have no real monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, cannot be redeemed for cash and have no value outside the Game. In the terms of similar games, it is also clearly stated that virtual currencies and virtual items are not considered real money and that refund obligations are limited. • Virtual currencies and virtual items constitute a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use granted by the Developer and do not confer any ownership rights. 4.3. Prohibition of Transfer and Trading • Unless explicitly permitted by the Developer, virtual currencies and items may not be sold, transferred, rented or lent to other players. • Buying or selling accounts/virtual currency/virtual items for real money (for example, via third-party websites) is strictly prohibited. 4.4. Losses and Refunds • Loss of virtual currencies or virtual items may occur due to reasons such as server errors, connection issues, cheating, device malfunctions or unexpected crashes. The Developer may, at its discretion, attempt to correct the situation after investigation; however, there is no automatic obligation to provide refunds or compensation in this regard; your mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. 5. In-App Purchases 5.1. Purchases via Store • The Game includes an in-game store where you can purchase virtual currencies and virtual items such as gold and diamond packs. • All purchases made with real money are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the terms of the respective store. Your payment information (credit card, etc.) is processed by the store/payment provider, not by the Developer. 5.2. Prices and Changes • Prices may vary depending on country, currency, tax rates and store policies. • The Developer reserves the right to change the prices and content of virtual items without prior notice. 5.3. Refunds • As a rule, the Developer considers the sale of virtual currencies and virtual items to be non-refundable; however, exceptions may apply in cases required by local consumer legislation or within the scope of the respective store’s own refund policy. • You may need to first submit any refund request through the relevant support channels of the Apple App Store / Google Play. 5.4. Use of Authorized Payment Method • You must ensure that you are the owner or lawful user of the payment instruments (credit card, mobile payment, etc.) used on your device. • The Developer is not responsible for unauthorized payment usage. 6. Advertisements and Rewarded Ads 6.1. Types of Advertisements The Game may include the following types of advertisements: • Video or banner ads that can be shown between screens or at certain intervals, • Rewarded ads: Ads that you choose to watch entirely at your own discretion—for example, to obtain daily rewards or to harvest crops in your fields more quickly—and in return for which you gain in-game advantages (gold/diamonds, boosts, etc.). 6.2. Unity Ads and Third-Party Ad Networks • The Game uses third-party ad networks, primarily Unity Ads, to display advertisements. • These networks may collect information such as IP address, advertising ID, device information and certain technical data regarding app usage, and may display personalized or non-personalized ads in accordance with local laws. • In applicable regions, user consent is required for personalized ads; for this purpose, consent/opt-out preferences may be presented within the Game or via frameworks provided by the platform. 6.3. Ad Preferences • You can manage your general ad tracking preferences via your device’s operating system settings (limit ad tracking, IDFA/AdID settings, etc.). • In some regions, an additional in-game setting may be provided to disable or change personalized ads. 7. Acceptable Use and Conduct Rules By using the Game, you agree to refrain from the following behaviors: • Engaging in conduct that includes insults, profanity, threats, harassment or discrimination towards other players, • Using racist, sexist or hate speech content in your username or profile images, • Using cheat software, bots, scripts or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Game, • Engaging in aggressive activities that put excessive load on the servers, • Using the account information of others without permission or engaging in account sales/transfers. Violation of these rules may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended without prior warning, loss of your virtual currencies and, where necessary, reporting to the competent authorities. 8. Intellectual Property Rights • All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including its source code, designs, texts, visuals, sounds, in-game currencies, question database and all other content, belong to the Developer or its licensors. • Third-party trademarks and logos appearing in the Game are the property of their respective owners. • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or reverse engineer any part of the Game without permission. 9. Termination of the Agreement • These Terms enter into force when you download and/or start using the Game. • If the Developer detects a violation of the rules or a security risk, it has the right to partially or completely suspend or terminate your account or access to the Game. • You may delete the Game from your device and contact us to close your account; however, due to legal obligations, certain records may need to be retained for specific periods. 10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability • The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is not guaranteed that the Game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or function at a particular performance level. • The Developer cannot be held liable for access issues or data losses resulting from interruptions in the internet, platforms (App Store/Google Play), Firebase or third-party advertising/analytics providers. • Liability arises only within the framework of applicable mandatory consumer law; indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, etc.) are limited to the maximum extent permitted. 11. Changes The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. In case of significant changes, reasonable notice will be provided within the Game or on the application store page. Your continued use of the Game after the changes means that you accept the updated Terms. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Without prejudice to the exceptions in mandatory consumer legislation, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara (Central) shall have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute. 13.
